When you join the waitlist

We store your email address, the time you joined, which of our signup forms you used, and the version of this notice. We use these details to manage the waitlist and email you about Merlin’s launch and availability. Joining does not create an application account or commit you to a purchase.

When you send a request

We store your email address, the topic and message you submit, the submission time, and the version of this notice. We use them to review and respond to your feedback, question or privacy request. Sending a request does not add you to the waitlist.

Where your details go

Submissions are stored in the website’s own database, hosted on Railway in Singapore, separate from the Merlin application’s records. Access is limited to the people operating Merlin and the infrastructure needed to run the website. We do not sell submissions or use them for advertising.

Cookies and technical information

This website uses an essential security cookie to protect its forms. We use Beaacon to understand page visits, engagement and website performance. Its script sends page addresses, referring pages and browser performance measurements to Beaacon without setting analytics cookies or using browser storage. We do not send form entries to Beaacon. We do not use advertising cookies. Temporary rate limits help protect against spam. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure the service.

Leaving the waitlist or asking about your data

You can ask to access, correct or delete your submission, or leave the waitlist, using our feedback and request form. Choose “My personal data” or “Leave the waitlist” and use the address you originally submitted. We may need to verify that the request is yours before acting on it.

Keeping only what we need

We keep waitlist information while managing launch interest, and request information while handling and following up on the request. We review stored submissions and remove those no longer needed. You can request removal at any time.
